§ 40-1. Adoption of comprehensive plan.

The county has adopted the Lumpkin County Comprehensive Plan, 2017—2025, along with accompanying maps, policies, goals, objectives, strategies and programs, as though fully as if set forth in this chapter, as a general guide for the future growth, change and development in the county.
